THETA ALPHA SIGMA EDUCATION ASSISTANCE SCHOLARSHIP

Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated was founded by seven educators who believed in the power of education, and built a sorority tradition of empowering the youth through academic assistance that reflected that belief. The Theta Alpha Sigma Chapter aims to further that belief by motivating our youth toward greater academic achievement. It is in the spirit of service, and through our commitment to education, that we annually award the Theta Alpha Sigma Education Assistance Scholarship to deserving high school seniors who will be enrolling in an accredited college or university for the upcoming fall semester.

Applicants must be a high school senior in the Greater Hartford area enrolling in an accredited college or university for the upcoming fall with a 3.0 grade point average or better (on a 4.0 scale).
