About the event
The Annual Sigma Youth Symposium is designed to highlight some of the prevalent concerns, topics, and issues that impact our youth . Through this event, the Theta Alpha Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho aims to empower the youth in our communities through hands-on, interactive leadership activities.
The theme for this year, "Own Your Future: Navigating What’s Now & What’s Next," emphasizes activities in STEM, digital media, learning AI, healthy living (exercise and diet), and social/mental wellness. The Youth Symposium is a hallmark event of Sigma Gamma Rho and is enjoyed by all attendees!
This event is FREE and open to all youths of Hartford ages 12-18. Parents are encouraged to attend as well! Lunch will be provided. Registration is highly requested and encouraged.
