About the event
The Annual Sigma Youth Symposium is designed to highlight some of the prevalent concerns, topics, and issues that impact our youth . Through this event, the Theta Alpha Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho aims to empower the youth in our communities through hands-on, interactive leadership activities.
This year's theme "Navigating Tomorrow: Skills for a Changing World", focuses on activities in STEM, financial literacy, healthy living (exercise and diet) and social/ mental wellness. The Youth Symposium is a signature event of Sigma Gamma Rho and enjoyed by all who attend!Â
This event is FREE and open to all youths of Hartford ages 8-18. Parents are encouraged to attend as well! Lunch will be provided. Registration is highly requested and encouraged.Â
